Breagha is gaelic for 'beauty' and this pretty blend is our 'Beauty tea' - based on a traditional tea for complexion. It's botanical ingredients are; Red clover, nettles, burdock, dandelion, rose-hip and rose. We recommend 1-2tsp per cup of boiling water and infuse for 5 minutes to get the best flavour. Drink 3 times daily during a detox period of 14 days- 1 month for best results. Or 1 cup daily as a 'maintenance' dose. Approximately 40-50 cups per pack.
